That's why you'll want to make this process easy and can do this by making a basic bread mix (which you can store in an airtight container) to use each time you bake your fresh home-made white bread.
Basic White Bread Mix
Ingredients needed for Basic White Bread Mix:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, blend well. Store in an airtight container for up to 8 months. Makes about 22 cups of BASIC WHITE BREAD MIX.
- 5 Lbs. all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
